I just started using cause my hair would always fall off I have thin hair after taking this I am waiting for the results I will keep u update in the resultsI am always looking for a good way to improve my hair and nails! I am not a huge fan of capsules and prefer gummies so not sure how I felt about these but they did help my hair and nails look healthier for the most part! My hair is growing and looking better!Even though you get 120 capsules in the two-bottle package, that is only a 2-month supply for one person. I have a good understating why such large doses of vitamins have to be split into two doses, as I have had adverse reactions to certain "certified" capsules (tingling, burning, and overall uncomfortable sensations).This bring me to the fact about the ingredients. There is literally nothing in here that I am sure you can say (depending on you age) that you have more then enough. Unless people are using this to deal with early onset balding, which just sucks, the rest of the people here are getting older, having children, responsibilities, work-stress etc. So any of these vitamins alone, and even better since there is such a complex vitamin distribution, should not have any adverse reaction (please stop taking immediately if it does).The only reason I am sure of that is because I have a condition that makes me very sensitive to taste, smell, poisoning, etc. So I can pretty much find out if the fish for dinner was bad within 10-20 min and give a nice heads up to the rest of the group. These vitamins have given me no such adverse effects.Over the three or so weeks I have noticed that my nails have been growing a bit longer, but as to stronger it is hard to tell; I never allow for them to get longer than a considerably short length. As for the hair, I was worried about developing some thinning that comes with time. Can I say that the thinning stopped? No. Can I say that the shedding stopped? Maybe? Only time will tell. Hair takes quite a bit of time to grow; believe me, I have had long hair, shaved head, and everything in between. The pill has no flavor - even my headache medicine has a nasty flavor when it is in the mouth for over 5 seconds - but this does not. Is it easy to swallow? The pill, absolutely (just follow the instruction about medicine, food, water etc.) but the price, that's a little tough to swallow.Then again - if there are noticeable results that will occur in the next 2-3 month in regards to my hair, I will give this product the well deserved 5-stat and will keep on purchasing it even at this price. There is a saying in life that "a cheap person always pays twice". So you can buy some cheap product made in who knows where under what conditions and not see results - money down the drain - and you will return to a product that works.
