So! This will be a slightly lengthy review, but hopefully, it is helpful!A month or so ago, I had originally bought one of the micro-beaded wefts from Sunny in one of the blonde colors they have- I had ended up dying it black before installing it (using hair dye that had no harsh chemicals, super gentle, etc) and it took incredibly well! Then a few weeks after installing I had dealt with some bad matting, tangling, shedding, etc even though I had been taking good care of them.-Following that, I ended up having a conversation with customer service, and oh gosh. I honestly can't say enough positive things about them.Incredibly polite, and understanding, and went above and beyond to hear my concerns and tried to offer help in any way that they could.There are so many companies now a days that are as big as them that just brush off concerns or issues from their buyers, or are rude, and Sunny made it super clear that they REALLY value their customers and legitimately care what they think and try to make sure they are actually happy. And honestly, with all the chaos going on in the world, I can't express how appreciative I was and am seeing that.-- Adding back to commentary about the first weft I had received-I hadn't noticed when I first bought the weft that they had a video near the reviews that talks about some of the issues that can come with A mazon's F ullfilment c enters. Which, honestly, makes a lot of sense. The temperatures, sitting for long periods of time in the warehouses in unknown conditions, and then the risk as well of being sent someone else's return (which you have no idea what's been done to it or if it's even the right item). And ultimately I think that one of the scenarios above was the reason why my weft didn't seem to hold up as well.BUT, I ended up getting a new weft from them (Black, 18inch, 100g) and can confirm that this new set is just beautiful!Weighed at exactly 100g, did the burn test, and can confirm that it's 100% human hair, they measure true to length, and are incredibly soft. I uploaded a photo of the new set I received attached to this review and will update it again once they are installed!(Edit:: I've had them installed for about a week or so and they've been fantastic! I uploaded a photo of what they look like in my hair now. I installed them in myself (sewn in with microbeads.) There's been absolutely no tangling, they've maintained their softness and I'm constantly getting compliments (people thinking it's my real hair).(Edit #2:: I have now updated this review with "Before" photos, and the last photo is me wearing these extensions along with their 18" halo in black to show the added fullness that I have now with combining the two :D)These extensions blend really well with my hair. I have the halo color/style going on (black & platinum blonde), and my stylist chose to do the sew-in method for these extensions. I use a wide tooth comb on my hair at least 3 or 4 times everyday, and I braid my hair every night when I go to bed to prevent the hair from tangling. I've been wearing them for almost a month now, and so far these extensions have been holding up pretty well.We have dyded these to add a pop of color to my dark hair and the color holds really well. I've been able to reuse them 2-3 times (3-6weeks each) before they get too ratty to wear down.I purchased these extensions for my hair stylist to install and thieve lasted me two months! I took them out for a week to give my head a rest but I just put them back in :) they’ve been super soft still and I just brush them during the day and add my favorite hair oil to keep them lasting longer. I would definitely buy againthank you sunny hair for making such an amazing weft feel soooo good. the feeling of these are absolutely unexplainable. And the color match is almost spot on I will definitely tone with my Redken Shades toners to get a perfect match, but that is what is so lovely with these. guarantee I will have no problem at all. Haven’t installed yet will update when I do but right now I am extremely pleased.I am a hairstylist and I have to say these extensions are amazing quality especially for the price! I got 3 wefts 2 22inch and 1 24 inch in the color #1B/4/27 and colored the blonde no match my copper color and they’re perfect? 10/10 ? Full, easy to curl ,comfortable and absolutely beautiful!This extension is super novice friendly. I'm not a hairdress but I love DIY beauty. I put these in after watching a few video's. I cut in two pieces and installed two rows and it took me about an hour. (tri fold mirror is the way to go!!) My hair is fairly long but fine so the volume this is added is amazing. For the price, it cannot be beat that's for sure! I do want to try the "i" extenstion from Sunny next though now that I have gotten my feet wet with this. Also the color matched my hair exactly. I don't think it could have been closer unless it is all dyed together. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish some of the tools would have come with it so you got exactly what you needed but it worked out bc I bought my daughter some color I extensions and it came with the tools and I just used them with this.Side note, I showed my hairdress my handy work and she thought this product was pretty cool and was impressed with the quality so that made me feel even better!!I’ve been purchasing Sunny hair for over 2 years and hands down they have the best quality of any I have used. Also their customer support is wonderful; the wefts are nice and thick, also I suggest their tape ins as wellCapelli stupendi, forse ho sbagliato il colore ma i capelli sono veramente belli.
